Osborn Consulting Wins PSBJ Best Workplace Award (three years in a row!)

On Thursday, August 4th, OCI team members took to Safeco Field to celebrate 80 companies that made the list of Best Workplaces in Washington State. Out of those 80 companies, 20 were small businesses with 10-49 employees, including Osborn Consulting.

Out of those 20 companies, for the third consecutive year, OCI rose to the top, taking home the gold Best Workplace award! OCI is incredibly honored to be receiving this award, which is entirely based on anonymous employee feedback. This award serves as validation for work that every single team member at puts into making OCI a fun, collaborative, and inspiring place to work.

When asked about the impact of being a Best Workplace, OCI leadership said:

“As a provider of professional services, our people are our most valuable asset. Being a “Best Workplace” is a natural byproduct of cherishing our most valuable assets. We invest in the growth and development of our people and do everything we can to make sure they are happy in their workplace. This starts with hiring quality individuals who are committed to providing an excellent work product every single day. This success is a result of 12+ years of developing and refining the practices and strategies we have in place to make OCI an amazing place to work. Our clients see us as a business with integrity that respects our employees who, in turn, respect the company by working efficiently and giving their all. We continue to provide exceptional work to our clients and exceed expectations to ensure continued work and enhanced relationships. Becoming a “Best Workplace” is a part of what OCI does every single day, something that won’t change regardless of recognition we receive.”

Congratulations and thank you to all our staff members and clients that continue to make OCI an amazing place to work.
