Last Thursday (August 11th), OCI team members took to Safeco Field to celebrate 80 companies that made the list of Best Workplaces in Washington State. Out of those 80 companies, 20 were small businesses with 10-49 employees. Out of those 20 companies, OCI rose to the top, taking home the gold Best Workplaces award in our category! This is the second year in a row that OCI has been honored with this prestigious award.
